Bad Weather Update – School is Open

Thank you for your support and patience with yesterday’s school closure. We are open today, with a few adjustments in the interests of safety:

• students should make sure they are appropriately dressed for icy conditions, with appropriate footwear. There will be no sanctions for students wearing trainers or boots during the current cold weather
• parents and carers dropping off students by car should use the short turning loop in the car park, to reduce the risk of accidents on ungritted areas
• students should enter school via the main front entrance to the school as it has been cleared in preparation. They can go straight to the canteen or library as usual from 8am, and to their form rooms from 8.20am
